Bringing your pets into store

Friendly, well trained pets are welcome into our store but any toileting accidents that damage products must be paid for.  We understand that sometimes customers may need help with muzzles or harnesses for pets who aren't able to socialise in our setting, please come and speak to us and we can bring products to you outside the store and advise on fitting.

Returns & Refunds policy

Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund a product, provided that it is in an unused condition and with the original packaging and labels. Opened bags of food cannot be returned unless the product is faulty. Please bring receipts with you and a refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Delivery information

We do not currently operate a delivery service however, 12kg bags of our own brand Grain Free and Superfoods 65 dog foods can be drop shipped to your door for a small delivery charge via our supplier. Please contact us for more information.
